August 2026On this day, we didn't order a course menu but instead requested two servings of green onion hot pot as individual dishes. The green onions harvested in the morning had no spiciness at all and were very sweet. They were served with three types of seasoned green onions—lemon salt, soy sauce, and Chinese-style—which paired perfectly with the Kagoshima black pork and was delicious. The pork rose meat, in particular, had a strong sweetness and was not greasy, making me exclaim "Delicious!" the moment I ate it.
