It was truly the best discovery! There isn't much of a sign and it's hidden in a residential alley, making it hard to find, but once you step inside, a cozy and beautiful French cottage restaurant appears. Even in the restroom, you can feel the attention to detail with small props and a beautiful old door. But above all, the food was truly excellent. It was galette-style, seemingly made with buckwheat flour, and it was crispy and delicious, filled with savory and fresh ingredients. For brunch, I had the ham, cheese, and egg galette...

I really wanted to visit because I had seen a post about Ms. Ohnaka, the proprietress of the teahouse in Gion Kobe. I went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. I would love to visit again to try different menu items and enjoy the wine. Looking forward to it.
