August 2026I had the Kagoshima eel rice bowl. As appetizers, I was served grilled eel skewers, unaguma, and white fish grill, followed by the eel rice bowl. The aroma was rich, the fat content was perfect, and I thought to myself, 'This is truly Hashimoto-san.' I would love to visit again.
