July 2026It is located on the first floor of a city hotel. I had the tsukemen. You can increase the noodle portion up to 400g for free. It was good. I'm not quite sure due to the charred onions, pepper, and strong saltiness, but it had a Japanese-style aftertaste rather than just being fatty. The noodles were thin and chewy, pairing well with the soup.
