July 2026It was a truly fantastic omakase and the best meal I had during this trip to Sapporo. Although the head chef was away due to health issues, the sous-chef and his wife did a wonderful job filling in. Both the tsumami and nigiri were excellent, with the ankimmo/suika nigiri, kuruma ebi, and herring nigiri being particularly impressive.
