September 2026I had a carefully prepared steamed lunch. The price is a bit high, but you can enjoy meticulous, sincere dishes made with organic or pesticide-free ingredients and no white sugar. September 2026This restaurant is so popular that it's almost impossible to make a reservation, and long lines were already forming well before opening time. I ordered the most popular menu item, the organic lunch set, which comes with five small side dishes, rice, and miso soup. The highlight for me was the small bowl containing agedashi tofu, eggplant, bitter melon, and corn. The broth was lightly seasoned, perfectly bringing out the rich and natural flavor of the tofu. It was a truly healthy and satisfying meal.
