It was an exquisite harmony of French and Kaiseki culinary techniques. The seafood-focused dishes were all sophisticated, the seasoning was perfect, and the preparation of the fish (hiire) was nothing short of superb. To be honest, I felt it was more delicious than the Michelin-starred Samsung restaurants I have visited recently. The sommelier's explanations and the overall service were also excellent. This is a restaurant I definitely want to visit again.

The delicious and creative dishes prepared with a variety of unique recipes, from abalone to white shrimp, were excellent. The food was really delicious and the staff were very friendly, but the whole meal took over 3 hours, including 9-course meals and 3 desserts, and some dishes took 20-30 minutes in between. On top of that, I had to keep sitting in a hard, small chair, which made my body stiff and uncomfortable. The food is 5 out of 5, the experience is 2 out of 5.
