The strength of this place is that it fulfills the wish of "I want to eat both fish and meat." I really like the calm atmosphere of the shop. I am a Fukuoka resident, but I think the taste of local/Fukuoka's creative cuisine is packed here. Since Fukuoka has many delicious places, I think many people are lost about where to dine, but please make a reservation and visit. You can get there quickly by taxi from both Tenjin and Hakata.
