July 2026I was extremely satisfied! The crab dish was especially delicious and incredibly fresh! It was impressive to see how the chef paid meticulous attention to every dish, and I loved how they lightly infused a yuzu aroma before the meal started. The vegetables were also perfectly cooked. I will definitely visit again the next time I am in Kyoto. Although the chef doesn't speak English, he used Google Translate to explain the dishes and even went out of his way to try and share information about events happening in Kyoto. Thank you so much, Chef Takezaki!
