I feel like I can't fully express the taste in words, but each bite was truly amazing. Every single ingredient was crafted with care, and each small garnish made the dish stand out even more. And having the owner-chef personally prepare the dish exceeded my expectations. We had a pleasant time conversing through a translation app. When I told him that I enjoyed umeboshi in Japan, he served me his homemade umeboshi. When I mentioned I liked wasabi, he offered more. It was a truly wonderful chef and a wonderful meal.
