September 2026I ordered the Tororo Soba. It was generously topped with grated yam, and the pairing with the broth was exquisite. I was amazed by the richness of the aroma, knowing that the broth is made by freshly shaving Miyazaki dried shiitake mushrooms, Rishiri kelp, and Kurasaki bonito flakes. I heard the regular soba is also popular, so I definitely want to try it next time.
