August 2025First visit. A yakitori shop in Shitamachi located in the Sugamo Ginza shopping district. Each piece of meat is quite thick and chewy! Most of them are priced at 160 yen per skewer, offering a sense of value. The daughter who was grilling and serving alone at that time was also a cute girl with a downtown vibe (though I'm not sure if she's actually from Shitamachi⋯). The sauce is a bit thin, but the meat has volume, and the balance of grilling is just right, making it delicious!

August 2025After coming back with the sauced chicken skewer, I found a hole poked in my bag by the skewer, turning the room into a sauce broom. I understood well why the locals don't order the sauce.
