Asakusa Hirayama is a truly amazing restaurant! 🍜🍤 The refreshing cold soba with tomatoes and jun-sai, along with the savory wooden fruit sauce, are both absolutely fantastic! 🌟 Adding some corn tempura makes it feel like a real treat. I went there with a friend who often visits, and the atmosphere is cozy. Eating soba and having a drink at the counter is the best! 🍶🍣 You definitely have to check it out!

It was truly amazing. It was a hidden gem I stumbled upon while looking for a good soba restaurant in the kitchenware district. I was so relieved that I could get a seat immediately even without a reservation. The shop is small, but the service was excellent. The soba was delicious, and the texture of the noodles was especially outstanding. The tempura was tasty, but the portion was a bit small. I later found out they also offer a course menu. I will definitely go back next time to try the course meal.
