Thank you in advance. 🤗 I had a meal at the popular place 'Ramen Hakumuja' in Nishin, Kyoto. The choice this time was the winter limited 'Kyungmil Miso Ramen'. It is a gentle and deep bowl that combines Hokkaido miso with Kyoto Ishino miso, which boasts a 230-year history. The seafood broth, carefully matched with luxurious Laosu kelp and bonito in chicken white soup, spreads a fragrant and soft taste. ^_^✨ The noodles are made using Kyungmil Premium 100% homemade noodles. The thick noodles, completed with handmade fir, are perfectly wrapped in the rich miso soup, kneaded with exciting broth. The softness of the rare chashu, the melting sensation of boiled eggs, and the exquisite balance of the flavor of green onions and onions. The taste rises gently with the heat of the soup, making it a delicious taste perfect for a cold night. The atmosphere inside the store is calm, feeling the warmth of the wood, and the serious look in the eyes of the store manager over the counter is also impressive.
