Especially the 'Aburi Motsunabe' adds deep flavor to the soup by grilling the motsu, making it so delicious that you can't stop eating. September 2026They serve grilled large intestine hot pot (Daechang Nabe), and it was delicious. I took a recommendation to try the mixed broth (soy sauce + soybean paste), and it was a great choice! Grilling the intestine adds more flavor, and the broth is tasty too! Since it reduced too much, I added more broth, and when it got too salty, I asked for water to keep boiling it. At the end, I added about two spoons of chili powder when cooking the noodles to make it spicy. The noodles aren't particularly chewy, but they are a must for the finish. Also, the staff are very kind. I definitely want to visit again! 😄...

September 2026It's not difficult to order because there is a Korean menu!! I chose miso, and it was delicious!! Oh... what am I going to do when I go back to Korea and miss this? ㅜㅜ If you're craving soup, you must visit!
