กรกฎาคม 2569Entered around 12:40 PM. Ordered the Miso Ramen Daiseibun. Despite it being daytime, it felt like the counter wasn't being cleaned at all because it's a one-person operation. The ramen came out soon. The miso ramen with its rich flavor and the slightly salty medium-thick noodles are delicious. However, I can't help but wonder why the empty rice bowl from the next table was left there until I finished eating... It's a truly delicious ramen shop, but watching the one-person operation as a customer makes me feel bad. I can't help but imagine that they are suffering from a serious labor shortage.
