The udon and service are satisfying, but the cleanliness is subpar. In particular, the entrance and exterior show no signs of being cleaned. Since this is a restaurant, I believe more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the entire establishment. What are your thoughts?

Around 2 PM, I visited to get a late lunch. I received Zaru Udon, and the chewy and al dente noodles were very tasty. The seasonings were sesame, green onions, and ginger, and even though I added enough ginger, the punch was effective and also delicious. If you add a bit more seasoning and eat while changing the taste, you finish it in no time...
