August 2026Excellent performance, fun events, and attentive service. They put a lot of effort into communicating with guests. I wondered why they introduced the liquid nitrogen-infused sweet pickled tomato—not a meat dish—as a signature in their Wagyu Kaiseki, but it was a tomato dish unlike anything I've experienced before. I really want to eat it again. As someone who doesn't drink much, the tangerine liquor, which tasted like a sweet soft drink, was also delicious. However, compared to the course price of 440,000 KRW, it felt like I didn't get to experience as many different cuts of meat as I had expected.
