July 2026The broth looks rich, but the aftertaste is clean and it coats the noodles well. The menma (bamboo shoots) aren't too hard; they are slightly soft and easy to eat. Usually, the broth doesn't cling to the noodles well at other places, but I love how it sticks to the noodles at this shop!
