I had an unforgettable meal and experience at Ryosho. Every course was delicious and interesting (the tempura was perfect, the handmade noodles were excellent, and the fish was really fresh). Moreover, I could watch each dish being meticulously prepared right in front of me. The chef showed thoughtful consideration and kindness, making everyone happy. We needed a special diet, and the staff exceeded expectations by creating a customized menu for us, which was truly satisfying. A sake glass...

The quality of the food was excellent. The Awajishima sea urchin was sufficiently sweet, and the Omi Wagyu is one of Japan's oldest Wagyu brands and a highly prized beef domestically. They say Omi Wagyu has a stronger meaty flavor and less buttery aroma than Kobe Wagyu, and perhaps because we weren't used to it, we felt it wasn't as tender as other Wagyu. The main reason I gave three stars was the sauce; the sauce tended to be too salty or too intense, overpowering the flavor of the food...
