July 2026A shop I visited on the recommendation of a local man I met in Golden Gai. The portion size is quite large. Contrary to its aggressive visual appearance, the broth is not overly salty or greasy; it is a shoyu ramen with a rich pork broth aroma that is just perfectly flavorful.

July 2026Both Jiru and ramen are delicious, but Jiru might be a matter of taste while ramen is moderately delicious. If I come again next time, I think I will have ramen. It looks like you need a side dish to counterbalance the greasiness.
