This is a French restaurant run by a chef from Tokyo's NARISAWA. It's amazing that it has received a Michelin 1-star for three consecutive years! 🍽️ The first dish is already impressive! The rich flavor of sea urchin, the saltiness of caviar, and the freshness of tomato jelly are perfectly harmonized. The specialty features soft pie topped with hotaru ika (firefly squid) and pecorino cheese. The atmosphere is totally hip and modern, making it perfect for a date! 💕

July 2026This restaurant closed in January 2026 but is scheduled to reopen this summer under a new name. When I last visited, I felt that some of the dishes did not meet expectations, but I am really looking forward to the new menu that Chef Takayuki will introduce.
