Ingredients sourced from various regions in Kyushu were used, and they were seasoned appropriately to make the sushi. The flavors are not strong, but you can subtly taste the seasonings like yuzu, kabosu, vinegar, and salt, providing a delightful experience. I recommend it for those who enjoy light sushi.
