สิงหาคม 2569This is a teppanyaki restaurant I entered in Shinjuku after 1 AM. Not many places stay open this late, but since there were seats available, I just walked in. There was a separate menu in Korean, so I didn't have to struggle to decide what to order. The okonomiyaki is the Hiroshima style, grilled with soba noodles, and it comes with a thick layer of mentaiko mayo on top, providing a perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors. They also provide a spatula, making it fun to cut and eat. A set to compare six types of Japanese sake (30cc each) was 2,480 yen, which was a great, affordable way to taste different varieties. They even have a small lottery when ordering to offer set discounts, and such little touches really lift your mood late at night.
