Torikie in Kinshicho. I enjoyed exquisite yakitori, where craftsmanship shone at a dignified counter seat. From the moist chicken skin to the rich liver and juicy meat, the harmony of all elements was exquisite. Even the vegetable skewers brought out the natural sweetness of the ingredients, and I was moved by the high level of perfection in every single skewer.
