I went in around 8:30 PM without a wait, and it was the worst. The atmosphere is just a meat restaurant that doesn't fit a travel vibe, and I ordered the 2,000 yen all-you-can-eat option, but the initial assorted meat platter was full of inedible fat or scraps. The service was even worse. When I asked what the ice water brought to the table was for, a female staff member with short hair answered unkindly, and when I asked to change the grill (50 yen per time), she muttered something in a language other than Japanese...
