The atmosphere of the store was good, and the beverage options were diverse and reasonably priced. However, the dishes, while tasty, weren't particularly memorable. For instance, whether it was the hors d'oeuvre with omar or the fish with American sauce, and even the Shirako Brûlé, there was a lack of advanced technique and it was boring. The impression was that even an amateur could attempt to make dishes similar to the Japanese meals and rice. The fried rice, pickles, and chirimen sansho were delicious. For example, the Shirako was wrapped in pâte brisée with Kyoto vegetables. I thought it would be more enjoyable if it came with a more refined sauce or something frit-like on top of a paulette of cord with depth.

A collaboration between Japanese and French cuisines. The appetizer is French, followed by Japanese, alternating between Japanese and French dishes. A novel experience, taste, very elegant and delicious. A luxurious time to enjoy with eyes and taste with tongue. At the end of the meal, the pot rice is from a Japanese-style rice cooker. Already exceptional! The dessert, true to Kyoto style, is a collaboration of Japanese and Western sweets. There is no complaint about the atmosphere of the shop and the service. Although it is not a place you can visit easily, I would like to use it again when I venture to Kyoto. There is also coin parking nearby, so no problem if you go by car.
