September 2026The meal took about 3 hours. Since it was a two-person system consisting of one chef and a sommelier/hostess, I thought that amount of time was reasonable. The use of seasoning was interesting and delicious, with a classic feel and a smooth flavor (not meaning thin, but meaning rich/tasty). The wine by the glass was excellent, and the selection of bottled wines was abundant.
