This place is really amazing! 🍣 It's where you can taste the essence of Japanese cuisine. Especially in summer, the hamo dishes are the best. I had hamo fry for the first time, and it was truly delicious. The uni jelly and karasumi soba were also absolutely fantastic! 🍶 The atmosphere is calm, and eating at the counter is quite enjoyable. It's definitely a must-visit restaurant!

I visited Azabu Yukimura. I was impressed by the special atmosphere where you can quietly face the dishes in a calm counter-centered space. I received a omakase course, and I was moved by the exquisite seasonal expression in each dish, as well as the beauty of the presentation and the depth of flavor. The way the broth was used was particularly excellent, and it was impressive how the advantages of the ingredients stood out even in simple dishes. The dish using the famous hanayamacho also had a rich aroma, and the distinctive specialty here...

First visit, thanks to being brought by a regular's friend. I was lucky to catch a glimpse of 'Hanayama-cho' during the 'Yukimura-san' period. The shabu-shabu in Hanayama-cho was particularly delicious. This time it was the Hanayama-cho period, but I would like to visit again in a different season. It was a wonderful shop ♪ It was a treat ♪
