July 2026This was the most satisfying place throughout the entire trip. Luckily, I was able to make a reservation and sat at the counter right in front of the master. Surprisingly, there was almost no smell of grilling meat, and all the staff were really friendly. Hyo-gyo hyun? The thigh meat is truly outstanding. When I visit again, I definitely want to order three skewers of this per person. Also, although it wasn't on the menu, they had whole wing and whole stick skewers, so I'll consider asking the master about it next time. The asparagus and shiitake were especially delicious. The liver and heart were also tasty. If I get the chance, I really want to visit this restaurant again.
