August 2026They explain things politely to first-time customers. The soup is very delicious. The roasted chashu is exceptionally tasty. The noodles are thin and black because charcoal is mixed into the dough. I wish the noodles had a bit more flavor. The waitress mentioned that the taste has remained unchanged since the 7th year of the Tenpo era.
