July 2026A sushi restaurant with a hideaway atmosphere located right by Uehonmachi Station. It is the type of establishment where you take off your shoes upon entering; the luxurious floor, carved from a single log using hand axes, feels pleasant on bare feet, and the coziness is excellent. While all the dishes are delicious and the fish is in great condition, the rice (shari) is pressed quite loosely, which didn't quite suit my preference. I think it would be perfect for those who prefer a soft grip/texture.
