July 2026Before returning to Korea, I had the premium eel rice bowl and Zaru udon set for lunch. The eel was large and the udon was so chewy. As expected, this is the home of udon. I had eaten breakfast not too long ago so I was already a bit full, and since the portion was so large, I had to leave some of the udon, which was a shame.

The staff seemed very busy, but they were efficiently clearing empty tables and seating new customers. I was impressed by how they handled service without showing any signs of exhaustion or being flustered by the rush.
