August 2026I finally got to visit the shop in Sumiyoshi that I've been curious about! Since it was before lunchtime, it wasn't crowded yet.

July 2026Drawn by the beauty of the visuals, I visited. The clean soy sauce ramen bursts with the exquisite umami of the broth and the fragrance of high-quality soy sauce with every bite. The two types of chashu are delicately presented, with a perfect seasoning that doesn’t interfere with the soup. The half-cooked eggs are also at a perfect state. The chashu rice bowl with perfectly cooked meat is incredibly filling and pairs excellently with the clean ramen. I was impressed by the flawless execution.
