August 2026I went to Hakata for the first time and tried Hakata ramen for the first time. I was worried it might be too heavy/harsh on my stomach, but it was light and delicious.

August 2026I visited this place upon a recommendation from a friend in Hakata. I visited a traditional Hakata ramen shop. I personally wondered if the authentic tonkotsu might have a strong smell that people would either love or hate, and since it's hard to feel full with just the noodles, adding extra noodles is a must.
