I revisited one of my favorite restaurants. The quiet and calm chef welcomed me warmly, as always. The restaurant's serene Nordic-style interior was as elegant and sophisticated as ever, creating a timeless atmosphere. I completely agree with the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand rating and description. While the food is presented simply, the cooking process is by no means simple. Every single flavor is delicately expressed. For instance, the red bell pepper is distinctly distinguishable from the fresh tomato sauce. Be sure to make a reservation and experience the chef's humble and sincere vision for the food.
