The ramen shop 'Soba~Ju' in Ikebukuro! 🍜 I’m really looking forward to the ramen made by a chef who has worked with French and German cuisine! 🍲 The shop has a cozy counter with 7 seats, making it comfortable to eat alone. 😌 The staff is friendly, and the service is delightful! 👍 Besides ramen, there are various side dishes, making it a great place to enjoy a drink. 🍶 The photos taken with my new smartphone turned out beautifully, which makes me feel amazing! 📸

August 2026If you are looking for truly delicious ramen in Ikebukuro, I highly recommend "Soba Ju." I ordered their signature salt ramen, and I was moved by the flavor that spread through my mouth from the very first sip of the broth. It has a clean yet deep umami flavor, and the harmony between the broth and the noodles is outstanding.
