When there were few customers on a weekday, I told the staff at the entrance that there were two of us and was asked to wait, possibly due to being a foreigner needing assistance with the bill. Meanwhile, three staff members were standing at their positions on the floor chatting; when our eyes met, they gave a half-hearted, mysterious smile toward the aisle rather than a genuine one. After eating, we reordered bottled beers, but two staff members were standing right behind our table talking. When I mentioned the beer hadn't arrived, they went to the kitchen without even an apology. When they returned, they simply said they had kept us waiting, but I thought normally they would apologize on the spot and say they would bring it right away. I wonder if it was because it was a holiday...

I visited after finishing a trip with my friend. While I was deciding what to order, a staff member named Mr. Takagi gave me recommendations and descriptions, which helped me enjoy a delicious meal. Other staff members were also very attentive, regularly refilling my water and adjusting the flame. I felt this was a restaurant filled with thoughtful service. I would love to come back when I travel here again.
