August 2026The broth was very rich and delicious. Although the aftertaste was a bit salty, I didn't feel like I couldn't eat any more at all; in fact, I was very satisfied. The noodles were on the thinner side. My companions ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, and I tried a bite of theirs as well. If you don't like strong flavors, the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen might be a better choice.
