I came to the 7th floor of Lotte Department Store (Lashic) to have Hitsumabushi for dinner. I loved the night view through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the staff were very kind. You can choose between 0.75, 1, or 1.5 servings of eel; I ordered 1 serving, and the portion was just right.
