This place is truly amazing! 🍜 It's the original shop of Kurume Ramen, which has even made it into the Michelin Guide, Taiho Ramen's main branch. The traditional 'Yobimodoshi soup' that has been passed down for over half a century is absolutely delicious. The noodles made from scratch and the carefully selected ingredients create a perfect harmony in every bowl! If you're a ramen enthusiast, you definitely have to come here. 😋

September 2026Visited with the goal of being there for the opening. There is a system where you write your name before opening. Some customers arrived by taxi. I felt like I hadn't truly visited Kurume if I didn't eat Kurume ramen, and it was very delicious and satisfying. I even threw away the replacement beads.
