I was disappointed by the broth, which was thick but lacked flavor and punch, and the various chashu toppings, which had decent portions but didn't taste good. Most fatally, the sign advertises 'red' tsukemen, but it isn't spicy at all...

August 2026Ordered the Akatsukemen for 1,400 yen, small size (180g). Entered after buying a meal ticket at the entrance. It was around 2 PM and I waited 15 minutes to get in. I wonder if I just waited at a bad time in the rotation...
