Although it's difficult to make a reservation, it's worth the wait. Mackerel is hard to get, and my favorite saba sushi wasn't available, but I want to make a reservation and go again next time.

No matter how many times I come, the dishes never disappoint the anticipation of what will come next. The term 'exquisite!' is well-suited. Is this how you match seasonal ingredients with it? I'm learning. Among the 11 items, there are many delicate ingredients. This is a place I want to visit again for the food, service, everything.
