This Udon Jin is a real gem! 🍜 It's a must-visit place when you go to Saga. The udon here is chewy and the broth is fantastic. It's great to go alone or with friends. The atmosphere is cozy, making it easy to enjoy your meal. 🚗 Parking is available, so it's no problem if you drive there. It's a non-smoking restaurant, so you don't have to worry about cigarette smells. You definitely have to check it out!

September 2026Anyway, it's delicious! Since it gets crowded during the day, I try to go right at the opening time, 11 AM, when I can. The meat and burdock udon is superb.

August 2026The noodles are translucent with a strong chewiness, making them delicious whether served hot or cold. The burdock root tempura has a unique shape and is thin, crispy, and tasty. Since the udon is the type where water doesn't cling to the noodles, it takes some time to be served.
