The Kabayaki eel was perfectly grilled—golden and crispy on the outside—and the combination of the rich sauce and its glossy finish created a fantastic flavor. The Shirayaki eel had subtle golden grill marks, and since this cooking method involves grilling without sauce, it was truly excellent as it allowed me to fully appreciate the freshness of the ingredients.
