It is quiet and the clientele is relatively mature, making it the perfect place for those who want to focus on the eel. There is also an eel course where you can compare white-grilled eel and kamayaki. Very good 👍 It is a popular restaurant that gets fully booked with reservations during the lunch hour on Saturdays.

July 2026I ordered both the Kabayaki and Shirayaki eel rice bowls. The Kabayaki eel was perfectly grilled—golden and crispy on the outside—and the combination of the rich sauce and its glossy finish created a fantastic flavor. The Shirayaki eel had subtle golden grill marks, and since this cooking method involves grilling without sauce, it was truly excellent as it allowed me to fully appreciate the freshness of the ingredients.
