To "Plaiga TOKYO" in Marunouchi. I had a 10-course omakase menu based on the concept of "French cuisine traveling through Japan's four seasons." Every dish, featuring carefully selected ingredients such as Mogenas Aori-ika, duck, Akashi sea bream, and Zayangi, was superb in bringing out the charm of the ingredients; I was moved not only by the flavors but also by the beautiful presentation and the theatricality of the service. It was an impressive and wonderful course that allowed me to enjoy various sophisticated dishes until the very end, making it well worth the trip even from afar.
