August 2026I visited at 13:00 on a weekday. It was relatively empty. I truly believe this is the best sushi in the world. A large, melting ingredient sits atop the fluffy, hand-pressed rice. Parking is also free, so please give it a try!

August 2026I went on a food tour with a friend to a long-standing famous restaurant located inside the central market. Since they open at 6:15 AM, we woke up early to head there, but even on August 10th during the Chuseok holiday, there were about 5 people waiting by 6:30 AM. Knowing that they operate on a 45-minute rotation system, I could really feel how popular the place is.
