July 2026I tried the gibier (soup made from a raccoon less than 3 months old) for the first time and it was very delicious. The chef was turning the table around on his own at five key points, but he assured me by explaining the origin and procurement route of the ingredients properly. Although it’s a little embarrassing to express in such a simple way, it's always a stable taste with just the right amount. If you inform them in advance about occasions like birthdays, they will beautifully arrange a cake with fresh flowers. The chef's sense and kindness made it a memorable meal. It has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. I can't drink, but I noticed those drinking wine were well taken care of ^_^ The coin parking across the road is convenient.
