July 2026The ox tongue menu at Tonbi is truly the best. The staff's service was quick, friendly, and excellent. They grilled the thick ox tongue and cut it with great care, allowing us to enjoy the best taste. Eating the warmed sake and Namalemon sour with the thick ox tongue provided a flavor even better than at a Michelin restaurant.
